PS Charles Hinga sweated profusely during the heated housing debate, much to the amusement of Kenyans who made sport of him. PS Hinga again participated in a televised debate on the controversial Finance Bill 2023 on the evening of Wednesday, June 5th.
Although some Kenyans believe he was roasted by economist Kwame Owino, who is opposed to the mandatory housing levy, PS Hinga quipped that he did not sweat this time.
