Doctor, nurses and other workers in the health sector derived from 12 counties across the country have issued a strike notice through their national unions. The unions have warned that twelve counties are due to witness a major go slow which will evolve to a full blown strike should the government fail to listen to their grievances.
These servants of the people decried that they cannot go to work citing lack of resources as the major reason. The lamented that they are due to receive their March Salaries despite working diligently to serve kenyans. The unionist claim that their members have a valid reason to miss job since some lack even money for transport to their work stations.
The following 12 counties may have their health services paralysed if their governments fail to heed to the demands of their nurses and doctors.

2. Nyamira
3.Mombasa.
4. Taita Taveta
5.Vihiga
6. Kisii
7. Nyeri.
8. Muranga
9.Laikipia
10. Bomet
11. Nyandarua
12. Embu.
