The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is a government agency in charge of teacher recruitment throughout the country.
Since eliminating paper-based services, the commission now provides a variety of services online.
How to register for TSC online payments
All newly registered teachers are invited to enrol in this service at the county Teachers Service Commission (TSC) office.
This service is only available in the county TSC office, and it is only available to teachers who have been paid their first salary.
After you’ve registered, you can log in to the system with your TSC number and the password you created at registration.
How to Log into Your Payslip T-Pay Portal

The TSC now makes it simpler to access your payslip. You can just use your mobile device to access your payslip.
To access the portal, follow the instructions below.
Enter the following address into the address bar of your selected browser: https://T-Pay.tsc.go.ke/
Fill out the blanks with your TSC number or ID number and password, then click Login. If you select the “Reset Password” option after realising you’ve forgotten your password, you will be asked to provide your before getting your reset code.
You will be brought to your account dashboard once you have logged in.
Available services in the T-Pay Portal

The upcoming T-Pay Portal gives you access to the following services:
1. You may access your payslip.
2. You have access to your P9 form for filing your CRA return.
3. You can mail your payslip to banks and saccos, which are financial entities.
4. View your transactions with third parties.
5. You can modify your T-Pay password.
The new portal version is user-friendly, and you can easily discover anything you want by simply clicking a button.
You will have access to your most recent paystubs for the previous four months.
You can obtain the P9 forms from the last three years by clicking the P9 symbol.
How to Download Your Payslip

An individual must maintain a copy of his or her paystub. The slip can be downloaded and saved directly to your smartphone.
Follow these steps to download:
1. To view the most recent payslips, which cover the previous four months, click on “latest payslip.”
2. Simply take a screenshot of your payslip to preserve a copy for yourself.
4. As an alternative, you can choose to print and save a copy by selecting the print icon at the bottom of your payslip.
3. Using the “search T-Pay menu items” tab, you can access the payslip for the month you want to access if you want to view other payslips from earlier months.
