His name is Maina Gathito. He is the husband to former TV actress and current women representative for Murang’a county, Sabina Chege. Mr Maina served as the former Kenya Dairy Board general manager. The duo are happily married and they are blessed with one son. The other two daughters are alleged to be from Sabina’s first marriage with Amos Kimunya.
Maina and Sabina Chege met in 2013, when she was running for Women Representative for the first time. Sabina had gone to Maina’ s car yard to buy a car as part of her campaigning for the 2013 elections, but she didn’ t have the money to pay for it. Reports say that the two then started meeting frequently and eventually got married. Maina married Sabina as her second wife. Sabina was once given a mansion in Garden Estate valued roughly Ksh 150 million and a Land Cruiser V8 by the millionaire husband.
