Costa Titch collapsed and died yesterday, on 11th March 2023, while on stage performing, at Ultra Music Festival; Johannesburg, in South Africa.
Costa Tsobanoglou, was born in 1995, and started his career as a dancer in 2014, before he started writing songs and rapping. Titch’s first hit song was Nkalakatha, which made him famous, in the music industry. He had recently signed a contract with (Konvict Kulture) Akon’s record label, with which he had already released a remix of his song (Big Flexa) with Akon.
Currently there is no proof of what led to Costa’s death, but he just collapsed and could not wake up, until he was confirmed dead. Besides that, he had a history of epilepsy, a disorder that affects the brain and produces seizures, but it’s yet to be proven, if that is what killed him.
Not only South Africa, but Africa and the world at large, has lost a star. I send my condolences to the family, may God comfort them, in such hard times.
