The Embaksi East lawmaker has displayed his exquisite knowledge in Mathematics through his various online tutorials he takes while teaching such complex Mathematical units like Algebra and Calculus.
The young member of the National Assembly boasts a First Class Honours in Acturial Science, Secong Class Upper Division in LLB Law and some two masters degrees as per the information on his bio and pinned tweet on his twitter account.
He hails from a humble background and it has been a definite hardwork for him to reach where he is today.
Taking to his official twitter account, Hon Owino has shared a video of him and other people at a place playing pool and in the video the vocal MP can be seen using his exquisite skills to outshine his fellow players.
Through a caption, he has attributed the brilliant skills to Mathematics as he considers himself among the best in the world in Mathematics as well as playing pool.
