The political season is almost over and the mps are going to be sworn in tomorrow.The inaugural ceremony will be accompanied by voting in of the speakers of the national assembly and their deputies.This will be done in the Senate also tomorrow.
Due to this the IEBC has gazzetted the names of both nominated mps,senators and women representatives.Among big political names that have been gazzetted include Karen Nyamu, Veronica Nduati Maina,John Mbadi,Sabina Chege, Joyce Korir and many others.
Musician Emmy Kosgei has taken to her social media account to celebrate her dad who has been gazzetted as the nominated mp to represent people living with disabilities. Bishop Jackson Kosgei was nominated by UDA party.
Emmy Kosgei in her post congratulated his dad and was so excited that he made it.His dad was vying for an MCA seat but did not make it through nomination to get UDA ticket but he was later on nominated.
