The price of a scania bus depends with the number of seaters it holds. A 62 seater scania bus costs 8.2 million kenyan shillings, a 67 seater scania bus costs 10.1 million kenyan shillings and a 72 seater scania bus costs 12 million kenyan shillings. The price includes branding of the bus.
Furthermore, the engines available are the 9.0-litre (8974Â cc) DSC9 and the 11.7-litre (11705Â cc) DSC12. Both being Euro II compliant inline 6-cylinder, turbocharged and intercooled engines. The DSC9 with outputs at 220Â hp (1005Â Nm), 260Â hp (1180Â Nm) and 310Â hp (1355Â Nm), and the DSC12 with outputs at 360Â hp (1665Â Nm) and 420Â hp (1950Â Nm).
