Mzee Mwamba who is one of the main characters in this series has been ranked by many Kenyans as one of the best male actors who plays his role of the family head or father wholeheartedly.
Mwamba’s real name is Peter Muriithi Mainah, he was born in the Ziwani area in Nairobi county, he started his primary school education in Marrison primary school which is in Bahati constituency. After his primary school education, he joined Dagoretti high school.
About his acting career, he started acting while still in primary school where his mentor was the famous Mzee Ojwang who was being featured on KBC TV in a series called Vitimbi.
About his family, Mzee Mwamba is married to Alice Wangeci and they are blessed with several girls.
Now Mzee Ojwang is 68 years old as of 2022.
