If you are a Safaricom client you should be fully aware that the is planning to block all Simcard that miss some vital registration details which include the owners photo passports.

This order was issues by the Kenya communication authority. These details are very vital in enhancing customer service and to promote efficiency in communication service delivery.
All those using sim lines that were registered without their photo passports should avail themselves to any Safaricom agent or shop before April, 15. If you are one of them, remember to carry your national identification card with you.
The blocking process will be started on April, 15 and completed the same day. After that those sim lines will be blocked permanently from the server. Please let’s obey these orders and present our sim lines to Safaricom for updation.
