Communications Authority of Kenya runs hearing on draft rules for deactivation, recycling of inactive mobile numbers until 11 September
The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has released draft safeguards to govern the deactivation and recycling of inactive mobile numbers and is running a public consultation period until 11 September. Members of the public have been invited to submit memoranda to the regulator. The draft safeguards and prescribed submission format are available on the Authority’s open consultations page.
