Inside Agnes Kavindu’s Spacious Mansion Featuring White Pillars and a Balcony

Machakos Senator Agnes Kavindu has given Kenyans a glimpse of her newly built mansion after hosting a thanksgiving ceremony at the property.

The two-storey cream-and-white house was unveiled during an event attended by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and other guests on Saturday, November 1, 2026.

Kalonzo shared photos from the event on Facebook and congratulated the senator on her new home.

He described the house as a blessing made possible through faith, hard work and the support of others. He also quoted Psalm 127:1 and wished Kavindu peace and happiness in her new residence.

The house has cream-coloured walls, white pillars and a spacious covered veranda. It also features tall windows and a balcony with decorative grey-blue railings.

The property stands on elevated, terraced ground, with shrubs and trees surrounding the compound.

The mansion has also attracted attention because it is located a short distance from the former matrimonial home Kavindu once shared with businessman Johnson Muthama.

Kavindu and Muthama were previously involved in a legal dispute over their matrimonial home after their relationship deteriorated.

Kavindu reportedly accused Muthama of making life difficult for her at the property, including claims that the water and electricity supplies had been disconnected.

The dispute went to court, where the ruling favoured Muthama. He later reportedly converted the former residence into an events garden.

Kavindu’s decision to build her new home nearby has since attracted reactions from social media users.

Some praised her for building her own property, while others questioned her decision to settle close to her former matrimonial home.

Her new mansion has therefore attracted attention because of its design and its connection to the earlier dispute with Muthama.
