NPP’s suit for interpretation of Article 66(2) is legally a disgrace but politically understandable—Senyo Hosi

Policy Analyst Senyo Hosi has stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) had to join the suit for the interpretation of Article 66 (2) just because there is a mistrust of the judiciary.According to him, it is legally a disgrace for the opposition party to file a suit when there is no ambiguity in the matter; however, it was politically prudent to sue on the matter.
