ASE Caladium Lagos SME Bootcamp, Set To Empower Entrepreneurs With Practical Business Solutions

As Nigerian entrepreneurs navigate rising costs and changing markets, the question is no longer simply how to start a business, but how to build one that lasts.

On Saturday, October 31, 2026, Caladium Consulting will host the ninth edition of the Caladium Lagos SME Bootcamp, with FedaCash as headline sponsor, bringing entrepreneurs, experts and enterprise support organisations together for a day of practical learning and business opportunities.

The free event begins at Solution Arena, 156 Ikorodu Road, by Onipanu Bus Stop, Somolu, Lagos.

With an attendee number of over 1,000 entrepreneurs, the Bootcamp helps SMEs access the knowledge, connections and opportunities needed to grow.

Led by Ayo Bankole Akintujoye, Founder and Lead Strategist at Caladium Consulting, and Oluwaseun Durojaiye, Co-Founder of the Caladium SME Bootcamp, the initiative is built on a simple philosophy: entrepreneurs make better decisions when they learn from people who have built successful enterprises.

As headline sponsor, FedaCash brings a practical solution to one of the biggest challenges SMEs face: getting paid. FedaCash helps businesses create and send professional invoices, track payments and get paid faster, giving owners better control of their cash flow.

“Ask any small business owner what keeps them up at night, and many will say the same thing: chasing payments,” said Okhai Isiramen, Co-founder, FedaCash.

“The work is done, the goods are delivered, but the money is still ‘on the way.’ With FedaCash invoicing, entrepreneurs can bill faster, track every payment and get paid on time. Every naira you’ve earned should find its way home.”

The Bootcamp is also supported by Caladium Technologies and Stanbic IBTC, alongside partners SwitchaHub, JustFood, Creato Urban, Emerald Digital Agency, Zahar Beige Events, Hugs4All, Proshare, CheeySignatures, Iyewo and More by Meristem.

Together, they connect participants with the business support, financial services and market access needed to turn ideas into sustainable businesses.

The programme features expert-led panel sessions, networking, a trade fair and a free portrait session to help entrepreneurs be better represented, while a pitch competition will see winners win ₦1 million in grants.

The speaker line-up includes seasoned entrepreneurs and professionals, including Suraj Oyewale, Founder and CEO, Jarus Group, who will share lessons on building and leading a business in today’s economy; Feyisayo Alayande, Executive Secretary, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund; Ikechi Onyeneke, Head, Business Development, Enterprise Banking, Stanbic IBTC Bank; Foyinsola Akinjayeju, CEO, Enhancing Financial Inclusion and Advancement; Titilayo Oshodi, Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on Climate Change and Circular Economy; Kolawole Osinowo, General Manager, Business Management/Moniebook, Moniepoint; John Oamen, CEO and Co-Founder, CutStruct Technology; Sulaiman Pooja Adebayo, Founder, Pooja Media; Toyin Onigbanjo, Founder and CEO, August Secrets Limited; and Oluwaseun Durojaiye, Co-Founder, Caladium Lagos SME Bootcamp.
