Social media users have taken to their official X account to react after it was announced that the former governor of Anambra state and presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Peter Obi will be speaking to Nigerians.

The former governor of Anambra state shared the post on his official X account on Sunday, October 11, 2026.

In the statement that surfaced online, Peter Obi said he will be speaking to Nigerians on a live program on TikTok.

The former governor of Anambra state, however, urged people to join him on the program.

According to Peter Obi on his official X account;

“I am delighted to join Emir Sirdam Show live this evening for an engaging conversation about Nigeria, our challenges and the road ahead. I look forward to sharing my thoughts and more importantly, listening to Nigerians”.
