Kenyans Message To Nyoro Ahead Of Nanyuki Rally With Matiangi And Karua Without Gachagua

Kenyans have sent a strong message to Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro ahead of their big rally in Laikipia County tomorrow with Jubilee party deputy leader, Dr Fred Matiangi, and People’s Liberation Party (PLP) leader, Hon Martha Karua, in the absence of Rigathi Gachagua.

“Alafu Kesho afternoon, tuko Nanyuki Town, Laikipia County. Mko Karibu sana Wadosi Wetu. We are African and Africa is our Business,” Nyoro announced today, Saturday 7th November 2026.

The rally is set for tomorrow, Sunday 8th November 2026, in Nanyuki Town, starting at 1pm at the main stage. The trio will first attend a church service at Narumoru Catholic Church before storming Nanyuki.

The announcement has set Kenya on fire, because Gachagua will not be there. While Gachagua was busy in Murang’a with Edwin Sifuna at Ngemi Cia Watho, Nyoro, Matiangi and Karua were planning their own mega rally.

Supporters of Nyoro celebrated the move, saying the young leader is now proving he does not need Gachagua to pull a crowd in Mt Kenya.

“Nyoro is the future. He is brave, he is focused, and he does not fear anyone. Nanyuki will be full tomorrow,” one supporter said.

Supporters of Matiangi and Karua said the trio is showing Kenyans what real unity looks like three parties, three leaders, one mission to send Ruto home in 2027.

“These three are not fighting for who is kingpin. They want one candidate to face Ruto. That is leadership,” another supporter said.

Critics, however, said the absence of Gachagua is a clear sign of a big crack in the opposition. They said Nyoro is now building a parallel opposition to challenge Gachagua in his own backyard.

“Why is Gachagua not invited? Is this opposition or competition? Kenyans are watching,” one critic asked.

Others warned Nyoro, Matiangi and Karua not to divide the mountain, saying if they fight Gachagua, Ruto will win easily in 2027.

One thing is clear tomorrow’s Nanyuki rally will answer many questions. Will Laikipia embrace Nyoro’s team, or will Gachagua’s absence be felt?
