Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma Takes Aim at Ramaphosa as ANC Support Drops to 31%

The head of the March and March, Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma, has made new accusations against President Cyril Ramaphosa’s administration in response to the sharp drop in ANC support.

According to Ngobese-Zuma, the President and the party’s leadership should take note of the recent election results, which show that the ANC’s support has dropped from about 61% to about 31%.

She claims that Ramaphosa’s leadership skills and capacity to regain public trust are called into doubt due to the ANC’s precipitous decline in support, which has eroded nearly half of its former support.

Additionally, the activist levelled grave accusations regarding the ANC’s political climate, asserting that members who publicly disagree with the leadership of the president or dare to oppose him are subjected to threats and attempts to suppress them.

If the ANC keeps disregarding the complaints and aspirations of average South Africans, says Ngobese-Zuma, it will suffer an even greater electoral defeat in the 2029 elections.

Instead of making people scared to share their thoughts, she thinks the nation needs leaders who will listen to them, solve their problems, and be responsible.

Her remarks have fuelled the already heated discussion about Ramaphosa’s leadership and the ANC’s dwindling popularity.

When it comes to President Ramaphosa, do you share Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma’s disapproval?
