What Ruto Said Immediately Philimon Kiptoo Broke Record in Istanbul Marathon

President William Ruto has congratulated Kenyan athletes Philimon Kiptoo Kipchumba and Vincent Kipyeogon Ronoh following their impressive performances at the Istanbul Marathon.
