“This Is How They Poison People”- Woman Raises Concern Over Market Women’s Pepper Grinding Practice

A Nigerian woman has sparked concern online after expressing disgust over the condition of pepper some market women were allegedly preparing to grind for sale to customers.

In a video making the rounds on social media, the woman lamented what she described as an unhygienic practice, questioning how the pepper would eventually be sold to unsuspecting customers despite its condition.

Reacting to what she saw, she described the act as wickedness and expressed shock that the pepper was being prepared for public consumption.

“This is wickedness. Look at the pepper these market women are about to grind; later, they will sell it to customers,” she lamented.

Her reaction has drawn attention to concerns about food hygiene and the need for market traders to maintain proper sanitary standards when handling food items meant for public consumption.
