Okonkwo Urges Igbo Businesses to Embrace Collaboration, Reforms for Global Competitiveness

The Executive Chairman of United Nigeria Airlines, Professor Obiora Okonkwo, has called for a fundamental reform of the traditional Igbo entrepreneurial model, urging business owners to embrace collaboration, technological innovation and export-oriented production to remain competitive in the emerging global economy.Okonkwo said the traditional Igbo business model, which is largely built around individual initiative, self-reliance, apprenticeship and commercial enterprise, remained valuable but required strategic adjustments to meet the demands of modern business.
