Bawumia Promises Free Tuo Zaafi For Every Ghanaian If Elected 2028

Former Vice President and NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has made a promise that has shocked the whole country.

Speaking to supporters, Dr. Bawumia said if Ghanaians vote for him as President in the 2028 elections, he will personally prepare Tuozaafi for everyone to eat.

According to him, this is not just about food. It is about unity, love, and bringing all Ghanaians together.

“Vote for me in 2028 and I’ll prepare Tuozaafi for everyone to eat,” Dr. Bawumia said.

He explained that Tuozaafi, popularly known as TZ, is a food that connects the north and the south. He said when he becomes President, no Ghanaian will go hungry, and sharing one big TZ will show that Ghana is one family.

Many people in the crowd shouted and clapped when he said this. Some laughed, some were surprised.

Dr. Bawumia added that his government will not only cook TZ, but will also make sure the ingredients – maize, cassava, and meat – are cheap for every family.

The statement has already started big debate on social media. While his supporters say it shows he is humble and down-to-earth, his opponents say Ghanaians need jobs and better economy, not just Tuozaafi.

But one thing is clear – the race to 2028 has started, and this time, it is starting in the kitchen.
