KCB Babnk Opens Applications for Graduates with Tight Deadline

KCB Bank Kenya has announced five job vacancies at its Nairobi headquarters, inviting qualified professionals to submit applications for positions in banking, legal services, business development, economic research and mortgage analysis.

The opportunities were advertised on the bank’s recruitment portal between October 2 and October 10, 2026. Interested candidates have until October 16, 17 or 20, depending on the position, to submit their applications.

One of the openings is Senior Relationship Manager, Infrastructure and Energy, which requires at least seven years of banking experience, including four years in corporate relationship management. Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, energy and telecommunications is relevant to the role.

KCB is also recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel for Litigation. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in law and a diploma in law, alongside at least five years of experience covering areas such as litigation, corporate governance and risk management.

The other senior positions are Head of Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Growth, and Head of Economic and Market Research. Both require a minimum of eight years of relevant management experience.

The strategic partnerships role involves overseeing commercial negotiations and presenting reports to executive committees. The successful candidate for the economic research position will be expected to develop econometric models, lead sector studies and engage with the media and policy institutions.

The fifth vacancy is Mortgage Performance Analyst, which requires at least three years of experience in financial and performance analysis. Professional qualifications such as CPA (K) or ACCA are considered an added advantage.

The application deadlines are October 16 for Senior Legal Counsel and Mortgage Performance Analyst, October 17 for Senior Relationship Manager, and October 20 for the two department-head positions.

Interested applicants are required to create or update their profiles on KCB’s official recruitment portal, provide their employment history and professional certifications, and attach an updated résumé before submitting their applications.

All five positions are full-time roles based in Kenya.

KCB Bank Kenya is part of KCB Group, a financial services institution with operations across several East African countries. The bank describes itself as an equal opportunity employer and encourages qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply before the respective deadlines.
