‘Pretty Little Liars’ actor Keegan Allen appears bloodied, injured after apparent robbery in West Hollywood

(KTLA) – “Pretty Little Liars” actor Keegan Allen told followers on social media Thursday night that he had just been robbed at gunpoint outside a high-end grocery store in West Hollywood.

“I was just … I was just robbed of my watch outside of Laurel Supply,” the bloodied and dazed actor is heard saying in the Instagram post, just before asking someone off-screen to call the police.

The post also included what appeared to be surveillance video of the alleged robbery. The video clip showed Allen being confronted by two suspects wearing black hoodies while standing outside a pickup truck in a parking lot.

“These two dudes hit me in the head and pointed a gun at me, with a knife, and then took off,” Allen said, while appearing to try to catch his breath.

The surveillance video in Allen’s post shows one of the suspects striking Allen in the head three times with a handgun. The actor appeared to be trying to remove something from his wrist as the assailant was striking him.

“Had masks on. Took my watch, though. … Dammit,” he said.

In the caption of his video, Allen wrote that “West Hollywood is not safe anymore,” saying the men had threatened his life. He also tagged Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Governor Gavin Newsom in his post.

“Let’s hope all these flock cameras that @karenbassla @gavinnewsom and everyone thinks will stop crime can find these very dangerous criminals,” he wrote. “God bless.”

Allen said he’d share an “update” sometime soon.

TMZ reported that paramedics treated Allen at the scene for lacerations, and he was not transported to a hospital.

Nexstar’s KTLA has reached out to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for information on the case and is awaiting a response. A news release with additional details was expected later Friday morning.

Allen, 37, has appeared on shows including “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” “Rick and Morty” and “Walker,” but is perhaps best known for playing Toby Cavanaugh on the TV adaptation of “Pretty Little Liars.” The show ran for seven seasons between 2010 and 2017.
