Remembering top 5 of the culture spears members who died

Tributes to the late Culture Spears member

Culture Spears, one of Botswana’s best traditional dance groups, has been entertaining us since the middle of the 2000s.

In 2004, Kabelo Mogwe, Thembeni Ramosetheng, Magdeline Lesolobe (Charma Gal), Jelina Mogwatheng, and Lydia Oile laid the basis for the group in Kazungula.

After Korone came out in 2005, Culture Spears became more well-known, which helped her make other great works.

Kulenyane, their second collection, was great in every way. Because of this, they were able to get money, and the tune Kulenyane was the only traditional song that was played on urban radio stations that didn’t like traditional music.

After getting a lot of attention, Culture Spears went on to become popular outside of Botswana. They went on tours and played in other countries, and the Botswana Musicians Union gave them awards like “Best Song” and “Best Video.” The Presidential Medal of Merit was given to them.

Today, we talk about where Culture Spears is and what she wants to do. We’ll find out if a member of the band Culture Spears has died.

Leshman was the lead singer for Culture Spears. He was also one of the first people to join the band.

The breakup between Charma Gals and Kabelo happened in the past. After dating for a long time and getting married in 2011, the couple finally split up in 2016 in a very public and controversial way.

Kabelo and Charma Gal are still good friends and work together a lot in the music business.

Charma Gal is the most well-known member of Culture Spears who went on to have a solo career.

Charma Gal started Eke Ntolo after the end of her marriage to Kabelo Mogwe. This was before she started making music.

Since she started singing under her own name, she has put out a number of compilations. Lekgamu La Bananyana is one of the best-known of these. She has also worked with the singer Jah Prayzah, who is from Zimbabwe.

Thembeni Ramosetheng, who has been a friend of Kabelo Morwa’s since they were kids, joined the band to help him make it.

Thembeni chose to leave Culture Spears because he said he hadn’t been paid. He wants to become a solo artist.

After he left the group, his fans set up a Facebook page called “Culture Spears Bring Thembeni” to fight for his fair treatment and return to the band. However, he did not return to the group.

Jelinah Mokgwatlheng, aka Selonyana, was another Culture Spears member. Because of health problems, she left the company in 2010.

Jelinah surprised her fans by showing up at Sowa town for a show in 2017 for a show.

Lydia Oile played the role of Nchadinyana in the movie Culture Spears. Lydia Oile is a person to keep an eye on.

Even though no one knows why they left the party, Lydia Oile and Thembeni went out the door together.

Lydia Oile owns Preacher Bae Collections, a business where she sells creative pieces and sets. She is skilled at making things by hand.

Oile also does his own thing as Preacher Bae, and he has worked with Walkman.

Who died because of what Culture Spears did?

Joe Maseko died in 2018 because he had been sick for a long time.

Joe Maseko, a musician from Zimbabwe, helped make a lot of the group’s singles and helped them become famous in general.

After his unexpected death, Kabelo’s fans paid their respects to Joe Maseko, saying that he was the reason for their success and that they will always be grateful to him.
