Dogar vows to fulfil commitments, improve civic facilities in Khan Garh

MUZAFFARGARH  –  Member of the Provincial Assembly Sardar Aoun Hameed Dogar has said that fulfilling commitments made to the people and ensuring the provision of basic civic facilities remain among his priorities.

Talking to the media, Mr Dogar said repair work on Khan Garh’s City Road, from Sabzi Mandi to Nahar Bangla, had been initiated. He said a bus had also been provided for students of Government Girls College Khan Garh to help address their transportation difficulties and facilitate safe and convenient commuting. He said public representation was not merely a position but a responsibility to serve the people. “My mission is to play an effective role in resolving public issues, improving basic facilities and promoting development in the area,” he said.

Mr Dogar said practical measures were being taken to fulfil commitments made to the residents of Khan Garh, adding that rehabilitation of the City Road and provision of a bus for college students were steps towards addressing long-standing public needs. He said Khan Garh was his residential constituency and that he was making efforts to honour the trust placed in him by the people. He added that he remained in contact with relevant departments to pursue solutions to issues faced by residents. The MPA said better roads, educational facilities, transportation and other basic amenities were essential public needs, while elected representatives had a responsibility to facilitate their provision.

He said he was aware of the problems faced by residents of Khan Garh and adjoining areas and that development and public welfare projects would be pursued on a priority basis.

Mr Dogar reiterated his commitment to continuing efforts for the resolution of public issues, improvement of educational facilities and development of Khan Garh and its adjoining areas.
