The TV3 Lady Has to Apologize to Teachers – Allotey Jacobs

In an Official Facebook Post on 29 September, 2026, veteran political commentator Allotey Jacobs launched a scathing critique of a TV3 news anchor, demanding that she render an apology to teachers for allegedly describing their strike action as “useless.” His post, captioned “The TV3 lady has to apologize to Teachers”, was both a defense of educators and a rebuke of what he considered disrespectful journalism.  

Jacobs’ words were sharp and uncompromising. He described the anchor in derogatory terms, accusing her of prostituting her role as a journalist by insulting teachers.
