Nollywood actor Daniel Etim-Effiong has spoken on the place his wife holds in his life, saying she comes before his children.
Naija News reports that the actor made this known during a conversation on the Mansplanation podcast, where he talked about his family and how he arranges his priorities at home.
During the discussion, Etim-Effiong explained that his love for his wife, Toyosi, is stronger than the love he has for his children.
According to him, his wife remains the most important person in his life, even though he shares a deep connection with his kids.
He said his children mean a lot to him and occupy a special place in his heart.
However, he believes the relationship with his wife comes first because she is his partner and the person he built his family with.
The actor explained that the role his wife plays in his life and home places her at the top of his priorities.
He said the bond between them is the foundation of the family they have created together.
Etim-Effiong added that while his children are very dear to him, his wife remains the person he places above everyone else in his life.
He said: “I love my wife more than my children. My wife comes first before my children. Although they have a really special place in my heart, their mom comes first.”
