A new technology platform, AR Pro365, has entered Nigeria’s growing SME market, promising to tackle one of the sector’s most persistent challenges: poor record-keeping. Business owners can log sales and expenses directly via WhatsApp using simple chat entries. The system automatically synchronises this information into the main dashboard, updating inventory records, expense trackers, cash flow summaries, and profitability reports in real time. Early users have described the feature as a breakthrough in lowering the barrier to structured bookkeeping.
