AI-generated models to compete in world’s first-ever AI beauty pageant; winner gets $13K

There’s a new kind of beauty contestant taking the stage, and they aren’t human. This May, AI-generated models will compete for the crown (and a hefty prize!) in the world’s first “Miss AI” pageant.

Hosted by Fanvue, a social media platform, the pageant will judge these digital divas on three key things: how stunning they look, how well they were created using AI tech, and how popular they are online.

A panel of human and AI judges will pick the winner, who will walk away with a cool $13,000 in prizes.

These pixelated pinups have to be completely computer-generated, and the people who create them have to be adults. While the AI models themselves will be the stars of the show, the real people behind them will get the prize money.

Just like traditional beauty pageants, the AI contestants will be judged on their looks, how they answer questions, and their technical skills. They’ll also need to be social media savvy and impress online audiences.

This pageant follows the recent trend of AI personalities gaining popularity. In Spain, an AI host named Alba Renai even landed a gig on a reality show! But don’t worry, the creators say these AI assistants aren’t meant to replace human talent.
