Three(3) Police officers of the Formed Police Unit(FBU) who have been confirmed dead were detailed for Kwahu Easter Festivities in the Eastern Region, MyNewsGh.com has gathered.
Theresa Zampiaw, Chief Inspector Michael Adzaho aka Akatsi Abor and one other male colleague were reported dead on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Kyekyewere along the Accra – Kumasi Highway.
An official statement from the Ghana Police Service indicates that the deceased officers were on their way for Police operational duties but failed to mention the exact location.
Its statement said in part” In line with Ghanaian tradition and the Ghana Police Service Regulations, full details will be communicated after the bereaved families are formally informed”
