Dr. Kwaku Oteng Is A Coward- Nana Yaa Brefo

Media personality and a former worker at the Angel Broadcasting Network, Angel FM to be precise, Nana Yaa Brefo has labeled her former boss, Doctor Kwaku Oteng a coward.

Nana Yaa Brefo had an interview with Blakk Rasta on 3FM following her exit from Angel FM where she spoke about why she left her former work even though the owner, Dr. Kwaku Oteng is a wealthy man and could afford to pay her very well.

According to Nana Yaa Brefo, she left Angel FM not because of money, but the cowardice of her former boss, Doctor Kwaku Oteng.

She claims Doctor Kwaku Oteng stopped her from doing many things because of his cowardice.

She stated that she wanted to work so well that at the end of the day, she could satisfy not only her listeners but herself as well as her bosses but she never got that opportunity.

She claims there were certain current happenings that she wanted to use her platform to talk about but her boss, Doctor Kwaku Oteng never allowed her.

She added that, there were times she wanted to relate so well with her listeners but that one too was made impossible by her boss.

“It is not about money. I know you would also find the reason being something that you cannot stay with. It is about the job. You want to work. You want to satisfy people. You want to satisfy yourself. You have the urge to be who you are and work with a particular space and that is not coming. You don’t get the satisfaction no matter what. No matter the money they give you”, she said.

“You would want to relate with the people. You would want to speak about the happenings in Ghana freely and at a particular point in time you are a morning person so you want to do morning that’s about it and if that is not coming you want to make a move”, she added.

Meanwhile, she claims her boss tried all his best to stop her from resigning but her mind was already made up to move from there.

All plans to involve her colleague workers and friends to make her rescind her decision, according to Nana Yaa Brefo also proved futile.

“They were not happy. I wanted to leave way back before the 1st of December when I wrote the letter. They called and tried to get me to rescind my decision and they got my colleagues involved and all that but I think I had already made my decision”, she said.
