Ghanaian Socialite Hajia4Reall Denied Bail by US Court Amidst Ongoing Legal Battle – Reports

In a recent setback for Ghanaian socialite Mona Faiz Montrage, popularly known as Hajia 4Reall, the United States Department of Justice has denied her bail request. The decision was made on the grounds that she failed to meet the necessary requirements for bail.

Hajia 4Reall had expressed optimism about her imminent return to Ghana in a recent Instagram Live update. However, her plans have been disrupted by the recent denial of bail by the US court.

According to media journalist Kofi Adoma, court documents presented by United States Attorney Damian Williams from the Southern District of New York revealed that Hajia 4Reall did not meet the bail standards set by the US. She had requested the court to relax her bail conditions, allowing her to return to New York and be placed under house arrest with limited movement in her community.

The court, however, expressed concerns about the weight of evidence against Hajia 4Reall and the potential flight risk she posed. It was noted that relaxing her bail would require strong family ties in the United States, which she reportedly lacked.
