Angels Of God Cannot Transform The Country If Ghanaians Refuse To Change Their Mindsets – Bishop Adu

The founder and leader of the New Jerusalem Chapel located at Sokoban Ampayoo in the Ashanti Region, Bishop Dr John Yaw Adu has disclosed that Angels of God would fail to administer the country if Ghanaians refuse to change their minds especially on the issues that relate to antisocial vices, reports King Amoah Content Writer of in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.

The man of God expressed his disappointment that though the government under Nana Akuffo Addo have been trying all ways out to shape the economy, bribery and corruption tend to be the major obstacles that allegedly set back the growth of the country.

Preaching a sermon to a large congregation at the closing ceremony of the church’s four days Easter Convention on Sunday April 9 2023, Bishop Adu expressed gratitude about the introduction of a technology system, known as “Digitization Application” to help check criminal activities in both private and public sectors.

The digitization application which was masterminded by the Vice President Dr Mahamud Bawumia have been working ‘wonders’ to protect public funds, the Bishop intimated.

Stressing that it is based on this reasons he anticipates that Ghanaians should do everything possible to bring the Vice President Dr Mahamud Bawumia to power in 2024 to continue the digitization process to transform the economy after Nana Akuffo Addo’s exit from office in 2025.

Bishop Dr John Yaw Adu justified his point to the fact that the surest way that can curb bribery and corruption in the country is the technology system because Ghanaians don’t fear military rule to change their mindsets from alleged criminal activities.

He cited the late former Flt Lt John Jerry Rawlings who in his attempt to uproot bribery and corruption from the country through military junta ended him in vain.

Upon all the alleged punishment striping of women naked in public, whippings seizure of properties, detentions among other atrocities that Rawlings presided over in his military rule to end corruption, the story is the same today, Bishop Adu recalled.

The clergy cited other powerful African leaders like Eyedema of Togo, Akwasi Amankwa Afrifa of Ghana, Muamur Gadafi of Libya among others who despite their braveness and smartness to check corruptions allegedly failed in their bids to succeed.

Bishop Adu underscored that Jesus Christ was betrayed and crucified because of bribe that was paid to one of his Apostles, Judas Iscariot by prophets and some traditional believers.

On the occasion the Bishop charged Ghanaians to renew their faith in the resurrection power and change their mindsets and contribute towards national development.

Concluding that Ghana stands the chance to improve its economy if the Vice President Dr Mahamud Bawumia is given the attorney to become the next president and use his technological experience to make the deal.
