People Afrobeats singer Kelvyn Boy has urged Ghanaians to celebrate thespian gospel artist Cindy Thompson now that she is alive.
It has been a track record in Ghana to celebrate and honor important personalities when they die. Some important personalities have been given honorary awards and plaques in their absence.

Cindy Thompson is one of the veteran gospel artists in the past who have contributed to the music industry with her songs. One of her popular songs which sounds evergreen is “Awurade Kasa”. The song was used as a campaign song for the ruling NPP in the 2000 elections.

Kelyn Boy has taken to his Twitter page to urge Ghaianas to honor the gospel artist now that she is alive because she gave her all to entertain many in the past.
He tweeted, “Cindy Thompson!! That woman should be celebrated if she’s still alive!. Wild gospel discography”.
