Managing Director of the State Housing Company (SHC) has reiterated the outfit’s commitment to provide Ghanaians with quality and affordable houses.
According to Mr Kwabena Ampofo Appiah, the nation’s number one builder, SHC is now well positioned to solve all housing needs of Ghanaians.
“The core mandate of SHC is to increase the availability of dwelling houses in Ghana by providing affordable houses in Ghana and quality is one thing we don’t compromise on,” he said.

Speaking in an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Mr Appiah explained the company, as part of efforts in achieving its core mandate, has opened offices across Ghana to deepen housing deficits.
“We have now taken information on projects of SHC to the doorsteps of the people through our offices across Ghana and our effective customer care services,” he assured.

“Clients get a lifetime relationship with our houses once they buy them and we urge Ghanaians to trust us for housing needs,” he added.
