Kofi Asamoah and actor Kalybos were one good friends. Kofi Asamoah was even the one who introduced him to the movie industry but along the way, they fell off and went their separate ways.
In an interview with Mamavi Owusu Aboagye on JOY FM, when asked whether he’s still cool with movie producer, Kofi Asamoah, he said,
” Oo everything is cool between us. Kofi Asamoah was managing me but we’re no more. We still work together though. I was even part of his ’Away bus’ movie.
On any advice to others wanting to join the movie industry; be it movie producers, actors, he said,
” Study the terrain and come up with something different from the others and I think that will sell you better in this industry.”
