A cross section of Big Brother Naija fans have reacted to Seyi’s refusal to save himself from eviction.
Seyi had emerged winner on Sunday, which gave him the ability to save and replace a nominated housemate even if they are the ones that have been nominated.
However, Seyi on Monday night refused to save himself from nomination.
As a result of this, Biggie banned Seyi from participating in Veto Power game of chance.
He has since stirred diverse reactions from BBNaija fans on social media.
While some Nigerians saw Seyi’s move as political and strategic move to gain fans which shows he is a true blood of Obafemi Awolowo.
However, some fans condemned his act, describing it as careless.
Meanwhile, Seyi while entering the BBNaija “Pepper Dem” edition disclosed that he is a grandson of the late Yoruba sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo.

@IDboss2 “You see one thing about true leadership, them no dey buy am for market. Na blood the thing dey. Seyi just proved to be a true descendant of great Awolowo and I believe Awo will be so proud of him right now. I’m not a fan of #BBNaijia but you see this Seyi matter? We die there.”
@Ayemojubar “What a touching act by Seyi Awolowo today. He used himself as the sacrificial lamb to safe someone in the house. Truly the blood of “Awo” runs in his veins. This great act of his would trigger emotions which would eventually save him from eviction. Tuale!
@Ogbeni_Skrtel “Seyi is a mad strategist. He won himself thousands of votes and fans with that act. The game is the game you know. If you know, you know.”
@Brownbeans “All Seyi had to do was give us Jackye the witch hunter.”
@Hildienene “Seyi indeed has political blood inside him. Don’t be fooled, local mans taking his chances he knows what he’s doing.”
@Girooud “Man like Seyi, you deserve to stay in the house after your act of selflessness. Strategy or not, that was a bold move.“
@Muditayo “That act by Seyi though stupid was actually selfless. That’s one attribute most Nigerians lack. I hope he gets saved along Tuoyo.”
