The debate over whether or not Senior Minister Yaw Osafo-Maafo should be dismissed following his comment about government’s discontinuation of prosecution of Aisha Huang continued as Christian Addo Kuffuor, a former associate of the deported Chinese illegal miner has opened the lid on the ‘galamsey queen’ – he witnessed her pull out a gun and without flinching, load bullets into a Ghanaian, killing him instantly over a misunderstanding.
Spotlight was also put on IMANI Africa’s analysis of the contractual agreement between the Government and Aker Energy, a Norwegian oil firm, of the Deepwater Tano/Cape Three Points (DWT/CTP).
