Tema-based rapper, Yaa Pono has claimed that Shatta Movement fans are also his fans and this has really surprised many people considering the kind of relationship between the two.
Everyone knows that Shatta Wale and Yaa Pono are not the best of friends so with Yaa Pono saying this makes the whole drama very weird.
Yaa Pono made this statement during the recent VGMA nominees jam in Kumasi.
In a related news, Yaa Pono was also heard saying that he is a street boy and not a celebrity so his fans should address him as a ‘street boy’.
“Most of my fans in Kumasi didn’t know we could reach this far because we started life from the scratch. Apart from a musician being a celebrity, we are town boys. We are street boys so you must see me not as a celebrity but the people’s person who’s back and to rebase with the people.”
