Luanda — The State secretary for water, Luís Filipe da Silva, Tuesday left for central Huambo province, for a three-day visit where he will discuss with the local authorities several issues related to the government’s national programme to fight poverty.
Speaking to Angop, shortly before leaving Luanda airport, the government official added that during his mission in the province, he will visit various localities and projects, in order to assess the current stage of the implementation of the programmes.
Luís Filipe da Silva will also get acquainted with the implementation of the water for all programme carried out in the whole territory in order to take the precious liquid to the all rural communities and those living outside of the big urban centres.
