Uíge — The Angolan Ombudsman, Paulo Tjipilica, Tuesday in northern Uíge province urged the inmates at prison facilities to stick to the excellent behaviour and avoid crime.

Paulo Tjipilica advised the youths at the end of his two-day visit to Uíge province.

The Ombudsman expressed regret due to the existence of many youths in the local prisons and convicted of crime, robbery and homicide practices.

According to the official, many of these citizens, mostly youths, would be useful for the society should they have pursued academic and vocational training, with a view to dignify their families and parents.
