Luanda — Children of Luanda province will speak of their rights and duties during a meeting soon, Angop learned.
This is under an initiative of the provincial Government, as part of a programme of celebrations of the International Day, June 1, going until 16 this month, Angop learnt.
This was announced Wednesday by the deputy governor for Social Affairs, Juvelina Imperial. The official was speaking at the main event of celebrations of June 1, held in Camama locality, Kilamba Kiaxi district.
The activities will include other meetings during which the children will have the opportunity to approach the provincial Government about the 11 commitments on children.
Attending the meeting was the deputy minister of education, Ana Paula Inglês, members of the provincial Government and of Kilamba Kiaxi district administration.
