ODM has suspended its grassroots elections scheduled for tomorrow until a case challenging the polls is heard and determined.
Deputy party leader Musalia Mudavadi says they will honor the court order despite having spent a lot of money in preparation for the polls.
Justice Jean Gacheche issued the orders stopping the elections after two ODM members moved to court seeking an interpretation of the constitution on political party leadership.
