Young becomes United’s second summer signing after Phil Jones
Ashley Young has signed for Manchester United from Premier League rivals Aston Villa on a five-year deal.
England international Young passed his medical with United on Thursday morning.
The 25-year-old had been at Villa for more than four years after joining from Watford but only had one year left on his contract.
Young – who scored in England’s recent 2-2 draw with Switzerland – has made 15 appearances for his country.
