Nairobi — Mohammed Ahmed Alin, the president of Gal-mudug state which controls parts of central Somalia, on Wednesday called for the top leader of Somali transitional federal government of Somalia to do favor for their suffering people.
In an interview with BBC Somali Service, Mr. Alin said Somalia has been without functioning central rule for more than two decades.
He said the political rift in Somalia leaders became routine and repetitive, adding that the conflict and wars have clearly impacted the needy and poor people of Somalia.
The president of gal-mudug state spelled out the international community have no a unified view about solving the deteriorating political and humanitarian situations in the horn of Africa nation.
