Luanda — The ruling MPLA parliamentary group is meeting since this afternoon to coordinate positions on issues that will be submitted to the 21st session of the National Assembly, to be held Tuesday.
Under the guidance of vice president of the Parliamentary Group, Higino Carneiro, MPs are examining the legislative package on the sector of Telecommunications and Information Technology that will be voted definitely, after an improvement of its contents by the specialty commissions of the Parliament.
This is the Law to Fight Crime in the Field of Information Technology and Telecommunications and Information Society Services, the Law of Electronic Communications and Services for the Information Society and the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
Speaking to the press, the spokesperson of the Parliamentary Group, Ventura de Azevedo, said that such laws are able to go to a vote after being removed in the previous session’s agenda for betterment.
