Kuito — The administration of Andulo district in the central Bié province invested in 2011 60 million Kwanza in programme to combat poverty.
This was said to Angop on Friday by the local administrator, Maria Lúcia Chicapa. Maria Lúcia Chicapa said that the money was invested in the construction of infrastructures and programmes to combat poverty.
The administrator said that rural development programme also covered the projects of drinking water supply, rural trading, power and vocational training. According to her, it was possible to expand the power supply network and recover two generators.
