Arrest warrants have been issued in the UK for the Nambale MP Chris Okemo and former KPLC managing director Samuel Gichuru.
The two are wanted for defrauding KPLC and using UK financial institutions to make the money look like legal earnings.
The orders were issued by the chief justice of the Island of Jersey last month.
The two are facing 53 charges allegedly relating to commissions paid to them between 1999 and 2002. Okemo was the then minister for energy and later finance minister.
