The 30-year-old mother of one was spotted on a grocery stop yesterday in American supermarket Vons, doing her weekly shop.
Alessandra was joined by her two-year-old daughter Anja, who sat in the shopping trolley seat as her mother filled it up with goodies.
Items included pizza, crisps, fresh meat, organic milk, kitchen rolls and toilet paper.
After the trip, adorable Anja, aged two, was rewarded for her good behaviour with a cooling lollipop.
