Public-Private Partnership Excess May Constrain State Budget

Luanda — The excess of public and private partnership should be taken in account so as to avoid constraints in the state budget, due to the delay of the construction process and the financial insufficiency.

This was said to Angop on Thursday in Luanda by the Portuguese Audit Court Chief, António Garcia, during the conference on public and private partnerships.

The official said that alteration to projects under execution and some deficit of planning of the Portuguese state led to the excess of the mentioned public and private partnerships which contributed to the strangulation of the Portuguese state budget.
